Able Clean agrees to perform the
work specified by the Client in professional manner
using every care to accomplish a satisfactory service.
CLAIMS AND INSURANCE
ABLE cleaning specialists is insured by full public
and employer's liability cover. In case of a complaint,
ABLE cleaning specialists requires information within
24 hours by telephone or within 48 hours in writing
subsequent to the completed service. No claims can
be made against ABLE cleaning specialists after the
above time limits.
ABLE cleaning specialists has to have a chance to
rectify any problems arising as a result of its work.
If the Client is dissatisfied with the work ABLE cleaning
specialists has done on his request then ABLE cleaning
specialists operatives must be allowed to come back
and re-do the job free of charge, otherwise no refund
can be claimed.
Any claim must not be used upon new replacement value
but upon the current value of the article concerned
at the time of work taking place, taking into account
wear and tear.
Below is a list of conditions ABLE cleaning
specialists cannot be held responsible for:
- Domestic cleaning job
not complete due to the lack of suitable cleaning
equipment (e.g. vacuum cleaner, mop, sponge, clothes,
cleaning liquids etc.)
- Wear or discolouring of fabric
becoming more visible once dirt has been removed.
Old stains that cannot be removed using normal carpet
cleaning methods.
- Existing damage or spillage that
cannot be cleaned/removed completely by the cleaner
using the provided by the client domestic cleaning
products or a standard carpet cleaning equipment.
- Accidental damages due to faulty
equipment provided by the Client.
- Accidental damages worth £50
or less.
- Any accidental damages
caused by a cleaner working on behalf of ABLE cleaning
specialists if there is an outstanding amount owed
by the Client to ABLE cleaning specialists (excluding
payment due for the cleaning visit when the accident
happened).
The Client must allow the
cleaner access to hot water and power. All fragile
and highly breakable items must be secured or removed.
Items excluded from liability are: cash, items of
sentimental value, art and antiques.
Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if keys
are lost by one of our operatives. There is a £30
per location liability limit.
MAINTENANCE
The Client is responsible for the provision of cleaning
materials and equipment when booking a regular or
one-off cleaning service. Cleaning equipment must
be in full working order. In the case where cleaning
materials and equipment are not provided/not in full
working order, the result from the cleaning visit
may not be successful, ABLE cleaning specialists cannot
be held responsible and no refund can be claimed by
the Client for the job in question.
ABLE cleaning specialists will provide a replacement
cleaner should the Client requires cleaning service
if his/her regular cleaner is not available.
PAYMENT
Regular cleaning service. The client must pay to ABLE
cleaning specialists £12.50 per hour for commercial
cleaning & £10.50 for domestic cleaning.
A minimum of 2 hours per visit applies.
Payment must be made by debit/credit card, cash or
cheque on the day of the cleaning visit or at the
end of the month upon receipt of a monthly invoice.
The Client's card is charged on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly
basis according to the client's request for number
of cleaning hours and interval between visits. The
Client can change the number of hours and the interval
between cleaning visits by giving at least 24 hours
notice before the next cleaning visit.
ONE-OFF CLEANING SERVICE
The Client must pay to ABLE cleaning specialists £15.00
per hour for a one-off cleaning visit, minimum of
3 hours per visit applies. Payment must be made by
debit/credit card before the cleaning visit or the
Client may pay only a deposit at the time of booking
and the rest of the amount on the day the job is completed.
The Client is responsible for providing the tasks
list, cleaning materials and equipment.
CARPET CLEANING
Payment must be made by debit/credit card before the
carpet cleaning visit or the Client may pay a deposit
on the day of the booking. The balance outstanding
should be settled on the day the job is completed.
There is a £55 minimum charge.
Please note that in some cases the Client's carpets
cannot be cleaned as new because of old or permanent
damage/stains which cannot be removed completely using
ABLE cleaning specialists carpet cleaning equipment
(ABLE cleaning specialists operatives use the latest
top of the range PROCHEM extraction systems and chemicals.
Situations when such damage/stains occur must not
be classified as unsuccessful and a full payment for
the job should be made.
END OF TENANCY CLEANING
Payment must be made by debit/credit card before the
day of the cleaning visit or the Client may pay a
deposit on the day of the booking. The balance outstanding
should be settled on the day the job is completed.
The standard end of tenancy cleaning does not include
cleaning of walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies,
patios, exterior windows and carpets. If cleaning
of balconies, patios, exterior windows and carpets
is required then an extra quote will be provided.
If the Client requires cleaning of walls then ABLE
cleaning specialists cannot be held responsible for
any unsuccessful results or any damage caused to the
paintwork. Washing up or laundry are not part of the
above service and will not be carried out. The property
must be vacated and preferably without furniture,
cutlery etc.
CANCELLATION
Regular Domestic Cleaning. The Client may cancel/skip
a cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours notice.
If not notified on time ABLE cleaning specialists
will charge the full amount for the cleaning visit
and no refund can be claimed. The Client may terminate
the regular cleaning service by giving one-week notice
in writing specifying last cleaning date. The Client
must pay to ABLE cleaning specialists any amounts
that he/she owes under the agreement. ABLE cleaning
specialists reserves the right to cancel the cleaning
service with immediate effect due to non payment.
One-off Domestic Cleaning
The Client may cancel/re-schedule a cleaning visit
by giving at least 24 hours notice. If not notified
on time ABLE cleaning specialists will not refund
any deposit paid in advance or will charge a cancellation
fee of up to 50% of the quoted price for the booked
service.
End Of Tenancy Cleaning
The Client may cancel/re-schedule a cleaning visit
by giving at least 24 hours notice. If not notified
on time ABLE cleaning specialists will not refund
any deposit paid in advance or will charge a cancellation
fee of up to 50% of the quoted price for the booked
service.
Carpet Cleaning
The Client may cancel/re-schedule a cleaning visit
by giving at least 24 hours notice. If not notified
on time ABLE cleaning specialists will not refund
any deposit paid in advance or will charge a cancellation
fee of up to 50% of the quoted price for the booked
service.
AFTER CANCELLATION
OF THE CLEANING SERVICE
By entering into a service agreement with ABLE cleaning
specialists , the Client agrees that after the termination
of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use
any home-related services provided by a present or
past cleaner introduced to the Client by ABLE cleaning
specialists. If the Client does wish to hire or use
home-related services provided by such a cleaner our
referral fee is £1,000.
